SMS opt-in

Medloopa sends informational account texts only (appointment, refill, and insight reminders you enable). SMS is off by default. This page is the public website opt-in form. Completing opt-in for a live account requires signing in and saving the same controls under Account settings.

Opt-in form

Phone number and consent checkbox (starts unchecked). Same language as Account settings.

Mobile phone number

The consent checkbox starts unchecked (not forced consent). Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Create account

Message flow

Create an account or sign in at medloopa.com/login.
Open Account settings and enter a mobile phone number in the phone field.
Explicitly check Allow text reminders to my mobile number (same consent language as above). SMS remains off until the unchecked box is selected and preferences are saved.
Optional: enable text on specific appointments or prescriptions. Opt out anytime via STOP, HELP, or Account settings.
